Products that ship direct from manufacturer cannot be returned until after received by purchaser and than returned to Ferrets Store Only. Items returned will be charged 25% restocking fee on top off customer paying for return shipping.
- Email us at sales@ferretsonlystore.com with the reason you are returning the product(s).
- We must be notified within 3 days of receiving product if you decide to return it (no products can be returned after 3 days of receiving of item)
- If products are damaged in shipment it is purchasers responsibility to place a claim with shipper. Ferrets Only Store is not responsible for damage during shipping.
- Within 48 hours you will receive a RTV# (Return to Vendor #) and shipping label.
- We must receive product(s) within 10 days after RTV# has been issued. After 10 days NO Credit or Refund will be given.
- Customer will pay shipping on return product(s), unless the incorrect product(s) than we will pay shipping.
- You will than be credited when we receive the product(s). An email will be sent to you to verify your credit has been posted to your credit card. Please allow 7 to 10 days for credit to appear on your account.
- We do not credit orginal shipping charge.
Back Order Policy
- If an item(s) is Back Ordered we will ship the product(s) within 60 days.
- If after 60 days we still do not have the product(s) you may request to have your Backorder Canceled and we will issue a refund. If we do not recieve request to cancel backorder we will assume you still want the product(s) and will ship it when it becomes available.
- As always allow 7 to 10 days for credit to post after we notify you that we are crediting your account.
